In order to take advantage of the service you should comply with the following terms: a phone shall have all manufacturer’s protective films, it shall be in apparent external good condition without any scratches, fractures or cracks; it shall not have any dust or water marks; it shall have the complete package according to the manual accompanying the product. You should present a receipt and an invoice for the products purchased from Alt Telecom outlet.
